For service businesses

A site that explains the work before the meeting.

When the work happens on a road, a site, in a workshop, or at a client’s table, the website should make the business understandable before someone asks for a quote. It does not need to pretend the work is something else.

Before the build

Start with the material you already use

  1. 01List the services in the words customers already understand.
  2. 02Gather the documents, capability notes, past-project material, and contact details that need to be easy to find.
  3. 03Decide what a visitor should do next: make contact, ask for a quote, or read the right credentials document.
